Norm lives and works in Montreal where he has been working with business computers for over 30 years. During that time he has been involved with almost every aspect of computers including; hardware repairs, field service, technical support, programming, sales, systems engineering, product management, quality control, disaster recovery, network design and implementation, trade show presentations, training, supplier relations, margin analysis and control, proposal generation, project management and consulting. More recently he has been creating small and medium business applications using Microsoft Access.
